  • Established a Working Group for Climate‑Neutral Greening.
    • Included representatives of project partners and other interested local stakeholders in the work of the Working Group.
    • Provided continuous support in developing, implementing and disseminating climate solutions.
    • Organised an ideathon for citizens and a hackathon for students, where teams worked on ideas and prototypes for climate‑neutral green interventions.
  • Delivered climate‑neutrality training for members of the Working Group for Climate‑Neutral Greening.
  • Held a series of virtual meetings designed to encourage mutual understanding of the challenges faced by pilot cities and twin cities and to exchange potential solutions.
  • Established a One‑Stop Shop for climate‑neutral greening tactics (citizen consultations, participatory modelling, tools for visualising citizen‑proposed interventions, repository of best practices, guidelines for maintaining climate‑neutral green areas, etc.).
  • Organised peer visits to twin cities and study visits in Zagreb within the Twinning learning programme.

4. TRANSFORMING INSIGHTS INTO PROGRAMMES AND POLICIES
