Dear enthusiasts, fellow citizens,
The ActGREEN project, through its activities, is planning a new workshop for 18 February 2026 at the premises of ZEC (Zagreb Energy Centre), at Maksimirska 51, starting at 17:30 until 19:00. The topic of the workshop is:
“A Green Courtyard that Connects Neighbours: practical tips for harmonious use and maintenance of shared space”

Dear fellow citizens,
we invite residents and representatives of co‑owners who applied to the Public Call for the implementation and financing of courtyard greening measures of the City of Zagreb, as well as representatives of courtyards that were arranged as part of the City of Zagreb’s pilot project, to the interactive workshop:
“A Green Courtyard that Connects Neighbours: practical tips for harmonious use and maintenance of shared space”
which will help you actively participate in shaping and maintaining the green areas you co‑own after the completion of the greening project.
The workshop will be held:
18 February 2026 / Wednesday
at the premises of the Zagreb Energy Centre / ZEC
at Maksimirska 51.
The workshop will take place in the afternoon from
17:30 to 19:00.
This is an opportunity for us to answer all your questions related to good practices in courtyard maintenance, and we will discuss the experiences we encountered during conversations and visits with representatives of co‑owners of pilot courtyards. Some of the workshop topics and questions include:
- What tools and equipment do we need to maintain our greenery?
- What about the lawn, and what about the flowers?
- How and when should shrubs and trees be pruned?
- What should NOT be done in a shared courtyard?
Registration for the workshop is
not required.
Participants will be welcomed with refreshments in the form of
coffee and pastries.
The number of places is limited to 50 participants.
